Our Portfolio Startup Epoint Enters the Georgian Market After Obtaining a Local License
The company has received a license from the National Bank of Georgia to provide card acquiring services nationwide. This is Epoint's first international market and a strategically important step in scaling the business beyond its home jurisdiction.
Entering Georgia is a logical continuation of the company's steady growth in its domestic market. In 2025, Epoint processed AZN 500 million in gross merchandise volume (GMV) in Azerbaijan, strengthening its position as one of the fastest-growing fintech players in the region.
In March, the company will open a new investment round. It plans to use the funds raised to enter one more country, as well as to further develop and strengthen the product in its current markets.
