1. Click on the "Start Investing" button, fill out the questionnaire and wait for a response from our manager;
2. If you meet the criteria of an investor, you will be added to the Activat Invest Invest Club chat room;
3. In the chat room you will receive up-to-date information about the venture capital market, investment offers and invitations to meetings with startups;
4. After our detailed review and joint discussions - we will organize a syndicate deal with your participation.

You can take our Training Course and get all the knowledge you need. To do this, click on the "Take the course" button. After the training you can join the Club of professional and experienced investors.

1. All applications from startups are received by Activat VC;
2. Applications that comply with the Investment Declaration of our company are submitted to the Investment Committee for review;
3. The review lasts for a week, during which the specialists study the project thoroughly;
4. After a week, we meet again at the Investment Committee together with the founders of the startup. Each specialist voices his or her opinion about the project in his or her area of expertise. The startup founders have the opportunity to give their comments;
5. After the final discussion, we make a final decision on the feasibility of investing in the project;
6. If our funds are insufficient or we believe that it is necessary to share the risks, we submit such projects for consideration to our colleagues in the Activat Invest Invest Club.
