We Invested in MoonAI

A new asset has joined our portfolio. MoonAI is an enterprise platform for building AI agents that automate sales and customer support for small and medium-sized businesses.

The MoonAI team has already proven itself: the startup previously raised $200,000 from MOST Accelerator Fund, received the Ticket to the Future nomination at Astana Hub Battle and took first place at Clash of Startups in Tashkent, winning the $25,000 prize. This is strong validation of the product, the team and the chosen market.

MoonAI’s key value lies not just in chatbots but in deep two-way integration with the client’s systems. Its AI agents work in WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and on the website, and connect to the company’s CRM, ERP and internal systems. Micro-models trained on the business’s own data ensure high accuracy, security and compliance with corporate requirements. The result is a lighter workload for teams, faster processes and higher conversion.
